Title: Purple Veined Emerald
Artist: AJGlass
Image created by: AJGlass using a Panasonic DMC-LZ7 Lumix 7.2 MP camera and PhotoShop.
Medium: Glass
Type: Soft Glass (this means it’s not borosilicate)
Description: Glass Bead

Details: The U.S. dime pictured is to show scale of the top bead image only. All images are of the same bead from different angles. All AJGlass beads have been properly annealed. Due to the differences in monitor settings, this bead’s color may look slightly lighter, slightly darker, or otherwise different on your monitor than the bead itself. The “white lines” on this bead are light reflections.

Status: For Sale.
Item: One handmade emerald green glass bead with pastel purple glass veins.
Price: $20.00 + $4 S&H (or $5 outside of the continental United States)
Contact: Please note me if you are interested in purchasing this bead.
Payment: PayPal.
Shipping: I ship beads via US Post in packaging suitable for glass beads.

Delivery: Please allow one week for delivery, longer for international orders. Weather permitting, I ship the following business day after payment has been received and cleared. Beads will be shipped with delivery confirmation.

Discussion: I think this bead would make an excellent centerpiece in a necklace and believe its unique shape would make it a wonderful subject for, or addition to, a wire wrapping project. This bead is created from glass, and like all glass it can chip or break if dropped/thrown/crushed or otherwise abused. This bead is NOT suitable for small children, and poses a choking hazard if swallowed.

Further comment: As a member of The Southeastern Michigan Glass Beadmakers Guild, I sold many of my glass pieces at the 2007 Winter Wonders Glass Show in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. More recently, I sold numerous glass pieces as a participant in the 2008 Spring Bead Bonanza show, which took place in Southfield, Michigan and which is a show that I have been participating in for many years. This is the first piece that I am offering for sale online. Note me if you are interested in purchasing it.

Guarantee: I will do everything that I can to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So if you are not satisfied with this bead for any reason, please return it prepaid in its original condition and in its original packaging for a full refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please request return authorization in advance.

I like it. The color is deep and pretty, and the smoothe texture would please me.

It's a really beautiful shade of green. The dime gives a good idea of the size too. I always enjoy your descriptions. :)

I try to include some information with my pieces so that people have a better understanding of what they're seeing.

Pretty, I like how you have the two shades of purple in the bead, it adds to the piece. The colors work well together and the shape is unique.

Thank you. :)

Those two shades of purple came from just one purple rod.

I find it amazing what some glasses do in the flame.
