The “white lines” on this bead are light reflections.

Discussion: I think this bead would make an excellent centerpiece in a necklace and believe that it would also make a wonderful subject for, or addition to, a wire wrapping project. This piece can be worn with either the dripping side or the textured side facing forward. This bead is created from glass, and like all glass it can chip or break if dropped/thrown/crushed or otherwise abused. This bead is NOT suitable for small children, and poses a choking hazard if swallowed.

Further comment: I call the shape of this bead a modified dripping cylinder. It was a fun piece to make and I think it has a nice liquid-like flow to it. Sometimes when heated, ivory glass will separate into two colors – a milky ivory color and a transparent dark topaz color. Such is the case with this bead. I think the separation of colors makes for a nice contrast within the piece and really highlights its shape. I am pleased to be able to provide this piece as the third one that I am offering for sale online. Note me if you are interested in purchasing it.

Sales history: As a member of The Southeastern Michigan Glass Beadmakers Guild, I sold many of my glass pieces at the 2007 Winter Wonders Glass Show in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. More recently, I sold numerous glass pieces as a participant in the 2008 Spring Bead Bonanza show, which took place in Southfield, Michigan and which is a show that I have been participating in for many years.

Guarantee: I will do everything that I can to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So if you are not satisfied with this bead for any reason, please return it prepaid in its original condition and in its original packaging for a full refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please request return authorization in advance.

I don't know anything about making glass :slow: But the colours are really nice; neutrals always match anything. I like the lines, too, especially the four thicker ones.

It reminds me a little of marshmallows

I have a rude mind, so I get rude thought  lol
It is very nice though. I dont know about glass thing, but I dont think Id pay that kinda money for one. Thats not saying its not worth it though. Just seems a little on the pricey side.
